Net 30 Payment Terms

1. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full within 30 calendar days of invoice date. Late payments will:

• Incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% APR)
• Suspend future orders if unpaid for 60+ days

2. Credit Limits

Initial limits are based on:

• Business credit score
• Years in operation
• Payment history with Fabulaze

Limits may be adjusted quarterly based on performance.

3. Requirements

To qualify, businesses must:

• Provide valid EIN
• Be in business for 1+ year
• Maintain $50k+ annual revenue

4. Collections

Accounts 90+ days overdue will:

• Be reported to Dun & Bradstreet
• Incur collections fees (20% of balance)
• Result in legal action if unresolved
